Adam Crombleholme works on the Strategic Projects team within Special Operations, acting as an in-house consultant who helps teams creatively solve their problems. The Strategic Projects team collaborates across the organization as connectors to solve complex problems, accelerate adoption of diverse solutions, and drive results on the most pressing cross-functional initiatives.

With an eye towards data and creativity, Adam's vast skillset includes building problem-solving strategies and frameworks, diagnostic measuring, process assessment, and improvement.

Adam was instrumental in creating a process that helped deliver a reduction of more than 75k hours of manual processes, an initiatve that benefited the overall engineering community at Discover®.

That's a hard one! I'd have to say pastor tacos from Tomato Taqueria in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Can you describe the moment when you knew your future was in tech?

When I copy/pasted my first index.html file consisting of tables with inline styles into the World Wide Web.
