Dr. Angel Diaz is Vice President of the Customer Success Organization at Discover Financial Services. Angel is passionate about helping self-empowered engineering teams drive success through digital transformation. An industry thought leader in connecting developers through code, content and community, Angel is an open source pioneer and one of its biggest proponents.

Angel has more than 25 years of IT experience with specialization in Research, Product Development, Architecture, Product Management and Strategy. Over the majority of his career, Angel has held Vice President and Technology leadership roles in increasing responsibility at IBM focusing in the areas of Product Engineering, Open Source, Cloud Architecture, Developer Advocacy and Agile Software Development. At IBM, Angel was co-founder of the Call for Code Global Challenge, establishing the company as a leading contributor to several open source technologies.

Roshni Joshi is the Managing Director of Customer Engineering at Google, and she is responsible for Google Cloud's Enterprise and Select business in the Central US. Her team of engineers and architects are responsible for designing technical solutions that help businesses realize their digital transformation goals.

Before joining Google, Roshni held various roles in the technology industry at Deloitte, Dell, EMC, and Amazon Web Services (AWS), including general management, partner sales, operations, consulting, and sales.

Roshni is passionate about talent development, diversity, and STEM. She serves on the board of Lumity, a Chicago-based nonprofit organization that provides underserved communities with access to STEM education and career readiness. She also serves on the Technical Advisory board of City Colleges of Chicago and P33. Roshni is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events such as Google Cloud Next, AWS Summit, and Evanta CIO Symposiums. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from BIT, India, and an MS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.

Jeff Stone is the Vice President Contact Center Solutions at Discover Financial Services and is responsible for the products and capabilities that support more than 100M annual customer engagements and enable our front-line agents to deliver relationship building, award-winning customer experiences every day.

Jeff joined Discover in 2009 and has held various roles within Business Technology, Customer Service and Engagement, and Operations Shared Services including leading the transformation of our contact center technology and agent ecosystem, the introduction of AI into our digital and voice contact channels, and our digital servicing strategy across 1st and 3rd party channels including our website, mobile app, Apple Business Chat and social media.

Amy Rossini is the Director of Enterprise CRM capabilities at Discover and is responsible for creating industry leading and award winning products that enable our agents to deliver brand defining experiences with every interaction. She leads design, optimization and product for these capabilities and oversees the full lifecycle from ideation to delivery and beyond. Amy has 20+ years of experience bringing cutting edge technologies to our systems that lead to the highest quality agent and customer experiences.

Stacy Trackey Meagher is the Vice President, Google Cloud responsible for the teams empowering the largest enterprises across the Central Region US to transform their businesses in a digital world.

Prior to Google, Stacy spent 25 years at Microsoft in a number of leadership roles leading enterprise, medium business, industry, solutions and services teams throughout the US and Canada. Stacy held the VP Enterprise role leading sales, solutions, and customer engineering teams responsible for a $2B business in the North Central. Stacy also spent 4 years as the VP of Enterprise and Partner Group in Canada.

Stacy has held a number of board positions including Boys and Girls Clubs America, Women in Communication and Technology of Canada, World Business Chicago, and at Pythian, Inc. In her free time, Stacy spends most of her off time traveling, at the lake in Canandaigua, NY, and with her two sons, Connor and Aiden, and currently lives in Naperville IL Stacy graduated from State University New York in Geneseo with a Bachelors in Communication.

With more than 20 years of experience in delivering business strategies and technology solutions for Discover, Sheila leads the agile transformation across Discover. As a technology leader, she is an enabler between people and systems with a proven track record of unlocking customer value through transformation in the way business and technology work together, and modernization of legacy applications to current technologies.

She sees technology as an enabler to deliver the product to the customer with insights to their needs, greater speed, and agility. As a people leader, Sheila encourages teams to continuously challenge the status quo by creating an environment built on the foundation of building, measuring, and learning. She applies this concept to all problems stemming from how they are organized to work to the next product offering, thus allowing leaders and teams to turn ambiguity and assumptions into knowledge and progress.

Anitha Yeddula is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as Director of Application Development at Discover Financial Services, Anitha started her career as a developer and has worked across multiple disciplines over the past 20 years including solution engineer, product manager, and technology leader. Her experience is primarily in the financial and tech industries including Discover, Morningstar, Capital One, SAP and AWS. Anitha is invested in the adaption of GenAI in financial industry, leading one of the pillars for advocacy. She’s passionate about DEI causes, leading talent development and career advocacy for the Women In Technology charter and is an active mentor in community. Anitha holds a Master of Business Administration in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an undergraduate degree from Sri Venkateswara University.

Erika Bressan is the Payments Account Executive at Google Cloud, helping leading NorthAm payments enterprises through cloud transformation and AI adoption. In her role, Erika held the NorthAM DEI Leadership role, promoting DEI initiatives at Google Cloud.

Erika held several “I am Remarkable” workshops in NorthAm and Europe, these workshops strive to empower women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thus breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings.

Erika is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to Google, while at Omnicom Media Group, Erika was part of Omniwomen, a group that serves as a catalyst for increasing the influence and number of women leaders. She also holds a Master degree in Gender Studies, International Development and Education.
