An engineering manager with a knack for mobile architectures
Nagesh Basana is a manager in the Discover® Architecture and Technology Strategy group. His responsibilities include helping create appropriate architectures for the Discover mobile and enterprise program areas. Nagesh is highly skilled with several tools and technologies, including Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, Micro Services, Apache Kafka, Lucid Chart, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and OpenShift Container Platform.
Nagesh recently architected and was part of the engineering team behind the free Online Privacy Protection offered in the Discover mobile app. "Collaborating with fellow engineers across the company is always enjoyable because people are supportive and respect each other's ideas," Nagesh says. "Having the ability to share ideas, work, and technologies supports my goal of solving complex problems with simple and innovative solutions."
