“I’ve been a drummer in a band for a long time and I really like working with teams, that's why I like playing drums. You're in the back and you're really a team player. It’s about setting the pace for the team,” says Robert. “A lot of the roles within agility and within scrum really aligned with that team sense and that shared sense of responsibility, ownership, and quality. That resonated with me, and I've pursued that ever since.”
